21 Smoothies!

These are so healthy and easy! The prep work is worth it because it makes it easier for me to eat healthy breakfasts on the go on these busy days.

These are packed with healthy fruits and vegetables. It’s important to use a freezer-safe ziploc bag. Each recipe is for one zip loc bag / one serving.

If you want to do what I do, make all 7 smoothies and make 3 bags each for a total of 21 smoothie bags then do this shopping list:

  • 21 quart size freezer ziploc bag
  • 14 oz baby spinach leaves
  • 1 large English cucumber, diced
  • 1 bunch kale, chopped (no stem or ribs)
  • 1 small red cabbage, shredded. You only need 1 to 2 cups worth.
  • 2 stalks celery
  • 3 large carrots, peeled
  • 1 large ginger root, peeled
  • Fresh mint, chopped
  • Fresh parsley, chopped
  • 3 lemons, juiced
  • 12 mandarin oranges or clementines
  • 6 small green apple apples
  • 3 ripe large bananas
  • Frozen or steamed beets
  • 1 large fresh pineapple
  • 36 oz frozen mango
  • 12 oz frozen berry blend
  • 12 oz frozen blueberries
  • Chia seeds
  • Flax seeds
