Crockpot – Orange Teriyaki Chicken

Isn’t it obvious that I have become a slow-cooker (crockpot) addict? Now, I’m using the slow cooker/crockpot at least once a week.

I recently purchased a new cookbook called “Not Your Mother’s Slow Cooker Recipes for Two” and I decided to give this Orange Teriyaki Chicken recipe a try. Barley Risotto with Corn and Basil

25edf25_e_l Risotto is typically made with Arborio rice, but pearl barley is a good substitute; it produces a dish that is similar in texture but with a nuttier taste and more fiber.
