My husband loves Panda Express and this is his favorite out of all their dishes. Why waste money on takeout when you can make it at home? And it’s much more healthier as well.

Isn’t it obvious that I have become a slow-cooker (crockpot) addict? Now, I’m using the slow cooker/crockpot at least once a week.
I recently purchased a new cookbook called “Not Your Mother’s Slow Cooker Recipes for Two” and I decided to give this Orange Teriyaki Chicken recipe a try. I tend to serve it over a heap of Udon noodles which is some type of Japanese noodles.
