Quick and Easy Pumpkin Pie

I’ve been making this pumpkin pie for YEARS! It’s a family favorite and very easy to make.


  • 15 oz canned pumpkin
  • 3/4 cup sugar
  • 12 oz evaporated milk
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons pumpkin pie spice
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 Keebler Ready Crust Graham Pie Crust 


  1. Preheat oven to 425 degrees. 
  2. Mix everything except pie crust in a bowl. Mix the filling well. 
  3. Pour the filling in the graham pie crust. 
  4. Bake at 425 degrees for 15 minutes, then lower oven temperature to 350 degrees. Bake for another 50 minutes at 350 degrees. 
  5. Pie is ready when you stick a knife in the middle and it comes out clean!

    Suggestion: place the graham crust on the metal sheet first then pour the filling in the pie crust prior to baking.
