Again, the recipe’s from Kraft Foods. Super easy and cheap to make!
1 lb. ground beef
1 small onion, finely chopped
1 can (10-3/4 oz.) condensed cream of mushroom soup
1/4 cup milk
1 cup frozen mixed vegetables
1 cup Shredded Cheddar Cheese (I suppose you could use other cheese blends if you wanted to)
1 lb. (1/2 of 32-oz. pkg.) frozen seasoned tater tots
- Heat oven to 375 degrees. Brown meat with onions in large skillet, stirry occassionally; drain. Spoon into 2-qt. casserole dish (I used a 9 inch by 9 inch baking pan for this one).
- Mix soup and milk; pour over meat mixture. Top with vegetables, then cheese and finally the tater tots.
- Bake for 45 minutes or until the tater tots are golden brown and the casserole is heated through.
